I was born on 19.07.1959 in Ankara. I studied at Ankara İltekin Primary School in 1965-70, Ankara Namık Kemal Secondary School in 1970-73, and Ankara Girls' High School in 1973-76. I entered Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1976 and graduated in 1982.

I was appointed to Ankara Yahyalar Health Center in 1982 as a public service officer. After completing this task, I started my specialization training in the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Clinic of the MoH Ankara Training and Research Hospital. I completed my residency period in 1988 and continued my work as a chief assistant in the same clinic. In 1992, I was appointed to this staff after passing the exam for assistant chief.

Between 14.02.1994 - 18.08.1994, after participating in the training studies at the Gulhane Military Medical Academy Neurology Department EMG Laboratory, I established the Neurophysiology Laboratory within our clinic and ensured it to be a routine service unit.

I received the title of Associate Professor on 17.10.1996.

On 10.10.2000, I passed the conductor exam and started to work as the Chief in the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Clinic of the MoH Ankara Training and Research Hospital.

In 2008, I was entitled to receive the European Board certificate.

In 2011, I received the Algology Minor Specialization.

While I was working as an administrative and educational assistant in Ankara Training and Research Hospital FTR clinic, I was appointed to Ahi Evran University Faculty of Medicine FTR Department as a professor on 02.05.2013. On 03.02.2014, I was appointed as the Director of Ahi Evran University FTR High School. Until 16/01/2019, when I retired from public service, I continued to serve as the Head of the Department of Internal Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, Ahi Evran University, Head of the Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, and the Director of Ahi Evran University FTR High School. In October 2019, I was appointed as a Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Yüksek İhtisas University Faculty of Medicine. I left the Higher Specialization University in September 2021.
