International patients

Rehabilitation is not a single procedure. It is a programme measured in weeks, so planning it properly from abroad matters more than it does for most treatments.

FizyoCare has held the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health International Health Tourism Authorisation Certificate since 2018.

Start with a remote assessment

For information about assessment before your visit, please contact our center.

  1. 1. Send your documents

E-mail or send via WhatsApp: your diagnosis and discharge reports, recent imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray — the report and, if possible, the images), your current medication list, and a short description of what you can and cannot do day to day.

  2. 2. A physician reviews them

A specialist in physical medicine and rehabilitation reads your file and decides whether rehabilitation at our centre is appropriate for your condition and current stage of recovery.

  3. 3. You receive a written answer

The doctor reviews your information and explains the proposed assessment and treatment options. Further examination may be needed at your visit.

  4. 4. You plan the visit

Once you decide to proceed, our team confirms dates and talks through the practical arrangements with you.

What to send

  • Diagnosis report and any hospital discharge summary
  • Recent imaging: MRI, CT or X-ray — report, and images if available
  • Operation notes, if you have had surgery
  • Current medication list, including dosages
  • Any previous rehabilitation or physiotherapy records
  • A short note on your goals: what you want to be able to do again

Send your file

Write to us in English. Attach your reports and imaging, and tell us briefly what happened and what you want to be able to do again.

Messages can be sent at any time. They are reviewed Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00, and Saturday, 09:00 – 14:00 (UTC+3). Closed on Sunday.

Questions worth asking us

These are the things international patients most often need answered, and the ones our team will address in writing.

Language support, accommodation, airport transfer and visa procedures vary by case. Please ask our team to confirm what is available for your visit rather than assuming it is included.

  • Is rehabilitation appropriate for my condition at this stage?
  • Will I need accommodation nearby, and for how long?
  • In which languages can I communicate with the treating team?
  • What happens after I return home — is follow-up possible remotely?

Detailed clinical pages are published in Turkish

Our condition guides and the detail pages for each treatment programme are written and reviewed in Turkish. They are not machine-translated, because clinical text should not be published in a language our medical team cannot verify. If you would like any of this information in English, our team will go through it with you by e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp.

Appointments are arranged by our team rather than through an online form, so that your medical history is reviewed by a physician before a date is confirmed.
