Appointments and contact

Online appointment links take you to DoktorTakvimi. You can contact the centre by phone, WhatsApp or email.

External services

When you open a DoktorTakvimi, WhatsApp or Google Maps link, that service’s terms and privacy policy apply. The Google map on the contact page loads when you press Show map.

Job application form

What you write in the job application form and the CV you attach are sent to the centre’s own server over an encrypted connection and are seen only by the authorised staff who assess applications. The CV file is checked for harmful content. Applications are deleted automatically after 12 months (database backups keep them for the backup retention period). Please do not share identity documents or health information in the form.

Technical information

Visitor statistics are kept by a cookie-free counter running on the centre’s own server. Visited pages, the time spent on a page (rounded to 5-second steps), the name of the referring site, device type, page language and the number of clicks on phone, WhatsApp and appointment links are counted in aggregate. IP addresses and browser details are not recorded; a key derived from them, which becomes irreversible at the end of the day, is used only to tell visits on the same day apart. Detailed records are deleted after 30 days (database backups keep them for the backup retention period); daily totals are kept. Application form data is not sent to the counter. No advertising tracker is used. The web server may keep access and error logs depending on its hosting configuration.

Protection of personal data (summary)

The data controller is BB Balaban Sağlık Hizmetleri ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (FizyoCare Medical Centre). Within the scope of Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the health legislation and other relevant regulations, your identity, contact, health and, where necessary, financial data may be processed for the purposes of protecting public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, and the conduct of financial and administrative processes. Data may be shared with insurers, the Ministry of Health, the Social Security Institution and authorised public bodies to the extent permitted by the legislation.

Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to learn whether your data are being processed; to request information if they have been; to learn the purpose of processing; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom they have been transferred; to request rectification if they have been processed incompletely or incorrectly; to request erasure or destruction under the conditions laid down in the legislation; and to object to an outcome to your detriment arising from analysis by automated systems. Applications may be made through the centre's official channels of communication.

Video surveillance

For security purposes, the centre building is monitored by camera 24 hours a day; notices are displayed at the entrances. Access to the recordings is restricted to a limited number of authorised staff in the security and IT units, and the recordings are deleted in accordance with the destruction policy once the specified retention period has elapsed.
