Neck Exercises
Put your hands on your forehead and push your head forward, while trying to stop it with your hands. Count to 5 (press with your hands in the opposite direction) and release. Repeat the movement 10 times.
Put your hands on the back of your head (not the back of the neck). Try to stop it with your hands when trying to push your head back. Count to 5 (press with your hands in the opposite direction) and release. Repeat the movement 10 times.
Put your right hand to the right of your face and try to push your head to the right. Try to push it in the opposite direction with your right hand. Count to 5 and let go. Repeat the movement 10 times.
Try to push your head to the left by placing your left hand on the left side of your face. Try to push it in the opposite direction with your left hand. Count to 5 and let go. Repeat the movement 10 times.
Turn your head to the right and wait three seconds. After some rest, repeat the movement in the opposite direction. Repeat the movement 10 times.
Try to tilt forward without pushing your head too hard (your chin touches your chest) and wait for three seconds. After some rest, gently tilt your head back and wait three seconds. Repeat the movement 10 times.
