Prof. Dr. Mesut Birol ATAY

After graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, he completed specialist training in the university’s Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He then worked as a specialist physician in Germany before returning to Ankara University, where he became an associate professor and subsequently a professor. He served three terms as head of the department. Throughout his career, he contributed to numerous scientific publications, predominantly international, and served as president of the Turkish League Against Rheumatism.
